Prior to becoming a consultant, he was the Manufacturing & Development Director at the listed Zagro Group from 2008 to 2015 and was in-charge of the Manufacturing as well as the Group's New Businesses Development. His portfolio also includes QA department, maintenance and store/delivery. He is very experience in business process re-engineering, reporting and control. He also have very good exposure to regional Merger & Acquisition, and Joint Venture processes. He experiences include market studies, financial feasibility, project evaluation, project financing, facilities/infra-structure leasing, licensing and project implementation.

Daniel’s experience in working inside organizations provides him with an appreciation for the impact business process improvement initiatives have on organization effectiveness as well as the need for simplicity and cost effectiveness to ensure positive results. Mr. Lim graduated from Nanyang University, major in Public Administration in
1972 and obtained his MBA degree from University of Dubuque, USA, major in
Corporate Finance in 1989. During his campus life he was chosen to represent
Singapore in a South East Asia Student Leaders Project to USA and when serving NS, he was recommended by SAFRA to role-play Singapore Prime Minister in a Policy Gaming in 1990.

He lived and worked in China for almost 20 years and have served in several
community organizations since returned in 2010.

Prior to founding the companies, he was involved in relationship management with major local banks and had consistently delivered seamless financial solutions to his banking clients by leveraging on his strengths in analysis and structuring of innovative solutions.

His entrepreneurship spirit and belief that he can make a bigger impact in the corporate world was the motivation for him to leave a fast track career as an Officer in the Singapore Armed Forces to join a bank. His services was much in demand by Singapore Armed Forces as an NSman and his last appointment was Chief of Staff (Division Hub). He retired from National Service in 2016 as a Colonel.

Don knows the ins and outs of building and growing an industry giant. Don brings a wealth of experience in business development and leadership to Caplink Consulting.

Don is a serial entrepreneur and has played a major part in at least 7 businesses. These businesses include multi-disciplinary advisory services (start-up business planning, strategic business planning, business continuity management planning, debt advisory and project financing), security, home automation, educations, golfing solutions, regional direct selling network and community-based delivery mobile app.

Henry is a corporate governance and internal control consultant to SMEs in Singapore and China. Currently he helps listed companies in their sustainability reporting required by the SGX.


Last 30 years Mr. Lim owned and managed property development companies including residential, hotel & resorts, golf course and industrial park in Shanghai and major cities in Jiangsu Province. He also owned a garment factory for 18
years and led consortiums in fund raising and investments, M & A and pre-IPOs management.

Mr. Kim Tong GOH is very experienced in the provision of consultancy services and trainings on BCMS (ISO 22301) and ERM (ISO 31000), ISO 9001 and FSMS 22000, HACCP & GMP (APVMA).


He built his career in the animal feed and premix industries, plant engineering & construction, and marine industries. Apart from ISO, food safety and Risk Management, he is proficient in the area of strategic planning, business modelling, M&A, as well as new businesses development.

Daniel has been working in the Information Technology industry for more than 25 years and obtained his Master of Business in Information Technology from RMIT University (Australia). He has worked as a IT consultant, sales and business development director in providing data management, banking solution and also as a HR advisor in implementing digital HR solution.


Prior to becoming a consultant, Daniel has spent ten years as a business advisor assisting organizations with their business operational issues and HR transformation challenges.
